Arabic Abstract
هدف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة غزة لنمط القيادة بالحب في ضوء المنهج التربوي النبوي من وجهة نظر المعلمين وسبل تفعيلها.
منهج الدراسة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
أداة الدراسة: قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة كأداة للدراسة، مكونة من (57) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات.
عينة الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) معلماً ومعلمة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج المعالجات الإحصائية (SPSS) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: ا بلغت درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة غزة لنمط القيادة بالحب في ضوء المنهج التربوي النبوي من وجهة نظر المعلمين وزناً نسبياً (76.36%)، بدرجة كبيرة لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05) (a) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة الدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة لنمط القيادة بالحب في ضوء المنهج التربوي النبوي تعزي لمتغير ( الجنس - سنوات الخدمة توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05) (a) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة لنمط القيادة بالحب في ضوء المنهج التربوي النبوي تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح العلوم الانسانية.
( التوصيات تعزيز الوعي لدى إدارة المدرسة بأهمية التعامل مع المدرسين بحب وتقدير من أجل تطوير المسيرة التعليمية.
إقامة علاقات ودية بين المدير والمعلمين ليتم تطوير المسيرة التعليمية بطريقة سلسة.
تعزيز تقدير المدير لنفسه وللمعلمين والطلبة وأولياء الأمور.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of the practice by secondary school principals in Gaza governorate of the type of love leadership and ways of activating it in the light of the Prophetic educational approach, from the point of view of teachers.
To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method.
The researcher designed a questionnaire as the study tool, consisting of (57) paragraphs distributed on (5) areas, and study sample consisted of (120) male and female teachers.
Data was analyzed using the statistical processing program (SPSS).
The study reached the following results : 1.
The degree of the practice by secondary school principals in Gaza governorates of love leadership type in the light of the Prophetic educational approach from the perspective of teachers is relatively high at (76.36%).
2.
There are no statistically significant differences at (α ≥ 0.50( between the estimated means of the study sample for the degree of practice by secondary school principals in the Gaza governorates of the type of love leadership in the light of the Prophetic educational approach due to the gender variable- Years of service.
3.
There are statistically significant differences at (α ≥ 0.50( between the estimated means of the study sample for the degree of practice by secondary school principals in the Gaza governorates of the type of love leadership in the light of the Prophetic educational approach due to the academic qualification variable, in favour of humanities.
The study recommends the following : 1.
Enhancing the awareness of the school administration of the importance of dealing with teachers with love and appreciation in order to develop the educational process.
2.
Establishing friendly relations between the school principal and teachers to develop the educational process in a smooth way.
3.
Increasing the school principal’s appreciation of himself, teachers, students and parents.
