Metaphor composes an intellectual window for many scholars in their linguistic readings.

It is part of the interpretative dimension to produce a deeper understanding from the apparent text which made it present for mentalists in their dealing with the Quranic text.

Metaphor became an important mechanism for text analysis, stating its meanings as well as their semantic richness.

This was the case with the first workbooks of Islamic Interpretive schools especially the Mu'tazalah one.

Their mental visions was openning for them fields to subjecting text for many mechanisms such as metaphor.

Hence it has emerged that metaphor is an analytical mechanism to indicate the interpretation of the text in harmony with Quranic reality.

As well as aesthetic values for some uses of Holy Quran.
