Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى نور مديري المدارس بالمحافظات الجنوبية في تعزيز النمو المهني للمعلمين.

في ضوء معايير الاعتماد المدرسي و سبل تطويره.

منهج الدراسة : المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

أداة الدراسة : استخدم الباحث الاستبانة و تكونت من (50) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات : (التخطيط و الإدارة، المناهج و طرق التدريس الاتصال و العلاقات الإنسانية، التقويم، الإشراف و التدريب) مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها : تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي و معلمات المدارس الأساسية و الثانوية الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية، و البالغ عددهم (8359) معلماً و معلمة، و تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (368) معلماً و معلمة.

أهم نتائج الدراسة : 1- درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس بالمحافظات الجنوبية لدورهم في تعزيز النمو المهني للمعلمين في ضوء معايير الاعتماد المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين (عالية) و بوزن نسبي (79.37%).

2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المحافظات الجنوبية لدورهم في تعزيز النمو المهني للمعلمين في ضوء معايير الاعتماد المدرسي تعزى لمتغيري (الجنس، المؤهل العلم).

3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المحافظات الجنوبية لدورهم في تعزيز النمو المهني للمعلمين في ضوء معايير الاعتماد المدرسي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة و لصالح (أقل من 5 سنوات).

أهم التوصيات : عقد اجتماعات و ورش عمل مبنية على احتياجات المعلمين، تشجيع المعلمين على الاتصال و التواصل الدائم فيما بينهم بما يخدم نموهم المهني التركيز على مناقشة الأهداف و الخطط من قبل المعلمين و الأخذ باقتراحاتهم، تشجيع الزيارات التبادلية بين المديرين في المنطقة الواحدة و المناطق المختلفة لضمان تبادل الخبرات.

English Abstract

Study Aims : The study aimed to identify the role of school principals in the southern governorates in promoting the professional growth of teachers in light of the criteria of school accreditation and ways of developing it.

Methodology : The descriptive analytical approach.

Study tool : The researcher used the questionnaire which consisted of (50) paragraphs divided into five areas: planning and management, curriculum and teaching methods, communication and human relationships, evaluation, supervision and training.

Study population and sample: The study population consists of all male and female teachers at primary and secondary governmental schools in the southern governorates, which number (8359) teachers, and the sample of the study included (368) male and female teachers.

Main Study Results : 1.

1 - The degree of the practice by school principals in the southern governorates of them role in promoting the professional growth of teachers in the light of the school accreditation’s criteria from the point of view of teachers reached a (high) degree, with a relative weight of (79.37%).

2.

There are no statistically significant differences in the degree to which the principals of the southern governorate’s schools play their role in promoting the professional growth of teachers in light of school accreditation criteria due to the (gender & scientific qualification) variables.

3.

There are statistically significant differences in the degree to which the principals of the southern governorate’s schools play their role in promoting the professional growth of teachers in light of school accreditation criteria attributed to the variable of years of service, in favors of (less than five years).

Main Recommendations : The researcher recommends holding meetings and workshops based on the needs of teachers, encouraging teachers to communicate with each other in order to serve them professional growth.

The study also recommends concentrating on teachers’ aims and plans, taking their suggestions into consideration, and encouraging exchange visits between principals in the same region as well as in different regions to ensure exchange of experience.
