هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز المبادرات التربوية لدى معلميهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين و اقتراح سبيل تطوير هذا الدور من وجهة نظر الخبراء التربويين، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي و البنائي، بالاعتماد على أداتين للدراسة الاستبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة لتعزيز المبادرات التربوية لدى معلميهم، و تكونت من (52) فقرة، حيث تشكلت من أربعة مجالات كانت كالتالي : (تعزيز المبادرات التعليمية تعزيز المبادرات الإدارية تعزيز مبادرات الأنشطة، تعزيز المبادرات المجتمعية، و أداة المقابلة لاقتراح مسبل تطوير الدور، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة للعام الدراسي (2018-2019م) و البالغ عددهم (4756) معلماً و معلمة، و بلغت عينة الدراسة (430) معلماً و معلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة، و لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) للتحليل الاحصائي.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها : 1.
درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة للدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في تعزيز المبادرات التربوية لدى معلميهم جاء بدرجة كبيرة بوزن حسبي (74.80%)، و جاء ترتيب المجالات تنازلياً (المبادرات التعليمية، المجتمعية، الأنشطة، الإدارية).

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز المبادرات لدى معلميهم في الدرجة الكلية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، سنوات الخدمة المؤهل العلمي للمدير و منطقة المدرسة، بينما يوجد فروق تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي للمدير لصالح التخصص الإنساني.

تم تحديد مجموعة من السبل لتطوير دور مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز المبادرات التربوية لدى معلميهم حسب مجالات الدراسة من أهم توصيات الدراسة: 1- إعداد الكتيبات و المجلات و النشرات الدورية و توزيعها على المدارس لإطلاعهم بجديد المبادرات و نماذج من إبداع زملائهم 2- أن يكون هناك فريق للمبادرات و المشاريع في وزارة التربية و التعليم يدعم و يوجه مدير المدرسة الثانوية.
English Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the role of secondary school principals in the Gaza governorates in enhancing the educational initiatives of their teachers from the point of view of the teachers and ways of developing them from the point of view of the educational experts.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used both the descriptive analytical and the constructive approaches.
The study tools were a questionnaire for collecting data and interview.
A questionnaire consisted of (52) paragraphs, distributed on four areas as follows: (promotion of educational initiatives, promoting administrative initiatives, promoting initiatives of activities, and promoting community initiatives).
The study population consisted of all secondary school teachers in the Gaza governorates for the academic year (2018-2019) whose number is (4756) male and female teachers.
The study sample consisted of (430) male and female teachers who were simple randomly selected from the study population.
Data was processed and analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS).
The most important findings of the study : 1.
The degree of sample members’ assessment of the role of secondary school principals in the promotion of educational initiatives of their teachers is high with a relative weight of (74.80%), and the descending order of areas was (educational initiatives, community initiatives, activities initiatives, managerial initiatives).
2.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the sample estimates of the role of secondary school principals in Gaza governorates in promoting the initiatives of their teachers in the total degree attributable to gender variable, years of service, the academic specialization of the principal in favor of human specialization.
3.
A number of ways were proposed to develop the role of secondary school principals in the Gaza governorates to promote the educational initiatives of their teachers according to the fields of the study.
The most important recommendations of the study : 1.
Preparing brochures, magazines and periodicals to be distributed to schools to inform them of new initiatives and models of creativity of their colleagues.
2.
There should be a team for initiatives and projects in the Ministry of Education to support and direct the principals of secondary schools.
