Arabic Abstract
هدف الدراسة : التعرف إلى مستوى جودة البيئة المدرسية و مستوى الإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في محافظات فلسطين الجنوبية من وجهة نظر الطلبة، و الكشف عن وجود علاقة بينهما.
منهج و أداة الدراسة : استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و قد استخدمت الباحثة استبانتين، الاستبانة الأولى لقياس جودة البيئة المدرسية، تكونت من (35) فقرة، موزعة على أربع مجالات.
و الاستبانة الثانية لقياس : الإنجاز الأكاديمي، تكونت من (17) فقرة لمجال واحد.
و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام spss .
مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها :تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في مديريتي شرق و غرب غزة للعام الدراسي )2018-2019م) و البالغ عددهم (37415) طالباً و طالبة، و بلغت عينة الدراسة (396) طالباً و طالبة بنسبة 1.09% من مجتمع الدراسة.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها : 1- مستوى جودة البيئة المدرسية في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية من وجهة نظر الطلبة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، حيث حصلت على وزن نسبي مقداره (66.2%).
2- مستوى الإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة كثيرة، حيث حصل على وزن نسبي مقداره (80.00%).
3- وجود علاقة متوسطة موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى جودة البيئة المدرسية و متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى الإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية من وجهة نظرهم.
و استنادا للنتائج السابقة توصي الباحثة بعدة توصيات ؛ أهمها : - عقد شراكات تربوية مع المجتمع المحلي لتقديم مساعدات لتطوير البيئة المدرسية، و تقديم خدمات تعليمية أفضل لأبناء المجتمع، تتناسب مع احتياجاتهم و احتياجات مجتمعهم.
- رصد ميزانيات مناسبة من وزارة التربية و التعليم لتطوير البيئة المدرسية.
- الاهتمام بالنشاط الرياضي بشكل أكبر، و تفعيل الحصص الرياضية بشكل دوري و جدي.
English Abstract
Objective of the study : This study aims at identifying the quality of the school environment and the level of academic achievement of secondary school students in the southern governorates of Palestine from the point of view of students, and reveal the existence of a relationship between them.
Research Methodology and Study Tools : the researcher used the descriptive analytical methodology.
The study tools are represented in two questionnaires.
The first one to cover the first scope of the study, a "quality school environment." It consists of (35) items distributed into (4) sub-domains.
The second questionnaire was used to cover the scope of the second studies, "Academic Achievement".
It consists of (17) items for one field.
The data was analyzed using the spss program.
Study population and sample : The study population consisted of (37415) male and female students in secondary schools in the eastern and western Directorate of Gaza in the academic year 2018-2019.
The sample of the study consisted of (396) male and female students, with a percentage of 1.09% of the study population The most important findings of the study : 1.
The level of quality of school environment in secondary schools in the southern provinces of Palestine from the point of view of students has to a medium degree, where it obtained a relative weight of (66.2%).

The level of Academic achievement in secondary schools in the provinces of the southern Palestine from the point of view of students has to a high degree, where he obtained a relative weight of (80.00%).
3.
There is a moderate statistically significant positive relationship between the mean scores of the sample of the study for the quality of the school environment and the mean scores of the sample for the level of Academic achievement in high school students in the southern governorates of Palestine from their point of view.
The most important recommendations of the study : 1.
Holding educational partnerships with the local community to the development of the school environment, and provide better education services for the people of society that commensurate with the needs of their community.
2.
Monitoring suitable budgets from the Ministry of Education for the development of school environment.
3.
Attention to the sports activity more, and activate sports quarters in a periodic period.
