The growing and accelerating urban growth resulting from the steady increase in the population of Algeria today is a major threat to the environmental field in all its components, Perhaps the most important areas that are threatened today by the threat of the expansion of the armed cement phenomenon are the green spaces within the urban areas , Which is one of the sensitive areas that the state has sought to protect by balancing the development of ongoing reconstruction as one of the requirements for the establishment and the valuation and protection of these areas on the other hand , Whether by imposing the classification strategy and applying it to these fragile areas to give it more protection, or by obliging all the owners of the public urban projects and both to provide space for green spaces in all urban projects for which reconstruction contracts are being submitted, as well as protection imposed by local private reconstruction schemes, which are the green areas of the nonreconstructed areas
