Abstract EN

The idea of the empire could be traced back to ancient historical periods, as a political concept of governance and a factor of power and survival, due to the economic and social human activity.

This idea of empire construction targeted the possession of power and to maximize it, geographical expansion via subjugation and force, to ensure and guarantee the humanitarian, agricultural and tax supplies as a vital ingredient of empire surviving and protection.

There has been no development neither of the empire concept itself, nor of its construction factors over the later ages (middle & modern); although, the high level of evolution marked in human activities (trade & industry) as catalysts to occupy and expand.

However, the development of human civilization in the contemporary era, in looking for covering the national gains and power components, not done with ancient typical imperial concept, because of the transformation and change in authority, power and production concepts, lead the idea of modern empire move to another virtual concept, based on existence and presence, spread and spill over, by providing different factors of construction like knowledge and technology, aimed to cooperate and not to conflict.
