It was expected after the Egypt’ and Tunisia’ uprisings that Libya eventually could fall in the so-called snowball model or infection spread.

This is what happened, but the trends of change in Libya ware more dangerous, quickly jumped in a mess as the security situation deteriorated with a total chaos took place, so it became difficult to control the internal situation something that threatens the national security of its neighborhood.

This study aims examining the key reasons causing the deterioration of the situation in Libya, as well as the consequences of this crisis on the neighboring countries then we will consider a review of the efforts carried out by the Algeria in order to reach a peaceful settlement to the crisis and its repercussions.
