Abstract EN

The aim of this article is to provide a perception of the roles of non state actors in global environmental governance and analyze the circumstances of the transformations from the international to the global environmental governance, and the appropriate analytic tools for the influence and roles of non state actors in global governance.

After showing the major theoretical roots for the interventions of these actors in the global environmental governance, especially in the international relations field, and the historical evolution of these actors, we analyze different strategies of the non state actors for influencing in the environmental issues and providing an institutional opportunities in order to realizing the environmental agenda through the complex institutional interaction between different actors of the contemporary circumstances.
