Abstract EN

This study discusses the theme of "democracy security " as the fruit of critical theory development in international relations, with the new vision of "Jurgen Habermas" which address connective reason, moreover the study exhibits the power dimensions of democratic security to assure accountability of system for the reason to protect a public interest, human dignity and well-being of citizens in modern state.
