Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على معايير ( ISTE ) في تنمية الكفايات التعليمية لدى الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية بغزة.

أدوات الدارسة تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار معرفي لقياس مدى تنمية الكفايات المعرفية لدى الطالبات المعلمات بطاقة ملاحظة للمهارات العملية لقياس الجانب الأدائي المتعلق بالبرامج الحاسوبية المضمنة في البرنامج، و بطاقة ملاحظة للأداء التدريسي لقياس جانب مهارات التدريس.

عينة الدراسة : تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 22 ) طالبة من الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية.

منهج الدراسة : اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج شبه التجريبي لإجراء الدراسة.

نتائج الدراسة : توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها : توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الطالبات المعلمات في اختبار الكفايات المعرفية القبلي و البعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، و إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الطالبات المعلمات في بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات العملية القبلية و البعدية لصالح بطاقة الملاحظة البعدية، كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الطالبات المعلمات في بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي القبلية و البعدية لصالح بطاقة الملاحظة البعدية، كما أن البرنامج التدريبي حقق فاعلية حسب الكسب المعدل البلاك.

توصيات الدراسة : أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها : ضرورة الاهتمام بالمعايير العالمية لتكنولوجيا التعليم ( ISTE ) من قبل القائمين على العملية التعليمية.

الاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي المعد للدراسة الحالية و المبني في ضوء المعايير العالمية ( ISTE ) في تدريب المعلمين.

English Abstract

This study aimed at exploring the effectiveness of an ISTE-based training program in developing the educational competencies of female students at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University-Gaza.

Study Tools : The study tools consisted of a cognitive test to measure the development of cognitive competencies of the female students teachers, and two observation cards, the first one was a practical-skills card and was used to measure the performance of the female students teachers of using the software included in the ISTE-based training program, the second was a teaching-practices card and was used to measure the teaching skills of the female students teachers.

Study Sample : The study sample consisted of 22 female students teachers at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University-Gaza.

Methodology : The researcher followed experimental design for the purpose of this study.

Results : The study showed several results, the most important are : There were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the female students teachers in the pre-and post-test of the cognitive competencies in favor of the post application.

There are also statistically significant differences between the average of the female students in the pre-and post-test of the practical skills observation card in favor of the post application.

There were statistically significant differences between the average score of the female students in the per- and post-test in the teaching- performance observation card in favor of the post application.

According to the black modified gain ratio, the training program also had a significant effect.

Study Recommendations : The study recommends several recommendations, the most important are : - The people who responsible for the educational process should make more interest on following the global standards of education technology ( ISTE ).

- Utilize the training program of the current study which was developed in the light of the international standards of ( ISTE ) in teachers' training.
