Abstract EN

This research took the criterum of the child responsibility between the islamic law and the child law in 2010 taken the knowledge of calibrators responsibility concept in Arabic language and Idiosyncratic law with consent rating on this study to limit the age of the calibrators responsibility from the legal states and Quran and militate in favor and the Ideas of jurists and what has been done by Sudanese calibrators law in 1991.

Thus it appears from the study that the calibrators Law depended on the two criteriums which have been depended on them that pretended the signs of pubertal in additon to the pubertai adult hood.

But the childhood law agree with what has been done by militate in favor to limit the age of calibrators responsibility.

The aims: It aims to appear what has been done by legal according to the calibrators law in 1991 and the law and responsibility of the childhood hood in the field of Sudanese law multistate in calibrators law in 1991 and the law of the childhood in 2010.
