In this research, the researcher talked about the technological means, by definition in terms of language and terminology.

Then, the researcher, explained the types, sources, founders, history and its objective.

Then introduced us to the definition of companionship in terms of language and terminology.

In addition to, the researcher addressed the effects of modern technological means on the company of individual and society.

Also, the researcher used the inductive, analytical, and critical approaches.

On the course of the research, the researcher shed light/highlighted the damages of these means and warn parents, educators and members of community to the misuse of the these means that the their children can commit.

The researcher recommends choosing the good companionship and avoiding the bad companionship; as well as, the parents' keenness on their children and the importance of watching them to protect the family and the society.
