Today, we are witnessing an unprecedented wave of developments on all levels and in all fields, especially with regard to the applications of modern technology in universities and libraries, in terms of being fertile ground for the production, circulation and dissemination of information.

This phenomenon has taken many forms and forms.

, Which has become indispensable, especially for university libraries.

The information change of the last quarter of the twentieth century is one of the most important changes that have taken place in this era because of the increasing revolution in the field of information and technology used to address it to facilitate access and use.

This revolution led to a revolution in the field of libraries and information, where the sources of electronic information rather than traditional, leading to new services such as online databases, that it changed the method of libraries in the policy of supply from the strategy of acquisition of information and access to the access strategy To the information.

The information services are the true mirror that reflects the activity, objectives and the ability of the libraries to benefit the beneficiaries and the most important elements of the success of its mission.

It necessitated changing its traditional method of work and replacing it with modern advanced means such as: Web sites, RFID technology with automated loan system) in one device to respond to informational data.

The study aims at measuring the quality of the electronic services provided by the Lebanese University libraries from the point of view of the beneficiaries according to the dimensions of the quality of the electronic services (performance, reliability, responsiveness, ease of use, additional features, key words:Quality of e-services, university libraries, beneficiaries.
