Abstract EN

The scientific conferences of the court are characterized by scientific journals quickly discuss and disseminate scientific research to researchers, and promote modern terminology in various disciplines.

There have been many scientific studies on associations and professional associations in the field of libraries and information, but they did not address the scientific conferences in detail and especially the terms that are addressed in these conferences.

Therefore, this study aims at achieving the main objective of extracting the specialized terms that are dealt with by the conferences of Arab libraries and information societies, studying the history of their beginning, and how to strengthen the modern terminology in the specialization.

The study followed a number of approaches: The Historical Approach: To study the history of the associations and associations of Arab libraries and information and their beginnings, as well as the dates of the emergence of specialized terminology.

Case Study To stud;y the date and date of the 18studied societies and their objectives, activities and conferences.

And the terminology addressed at each conference.

The stud;y reached several results, the most important of which: The total number of terms studied (68) sixty-eight terms.

Information and information technology measurements; information literacy; marketing of libraries; training programs in libraries, associations and information institutions; information warfare, piracy, cybercrime and cyber espionage; and systems Open source.

The stud;y recommends the establishment of a specialized terminology bank with an explanation of its start date and synonyms, conferences on the term, and the need to classify and catalog conference proceedings on a unified portal through which individual research can be searched at conferences such as the Conference House.
