The criminal policy is based on a methodological and scientific basis to achieve its goal in fighting crime ,In the process of preparing this policy ,reforms can be introduced in the criminal system to achieve the goal of confronting the crime ,And during the implementation phase of these reforms they may face obstacles whose sources and causes different ,but they have the same impact.

In order to overcome these obstacles several areas must be exploited to address them ,such as the field of scientific research ,which plays a very important role in identifying the obstacles and ways to confront them .The criminal justice system ,which is essentially the mechanism for implementing criminal policy ,And the role of the media in the awareness and preventive from crime ,and in modern technologies ,which are a modern mechanism to implement the criminal policy wiche Algeria does not rely on currently.
