The study aimed at measuring and identifying the effectiveness of the proposed program in the development of the cognitive aspects of the scientific research skills of postgraduate students.

The researcher relied on a sample of 6 female graduate students as one experimental group.

The educational process itself is successful and achieves the objectives, but the method of its educational design so that it employs the best ways to achieve the goals effectively.
