Abstract EN

The Present research aims constructing a training program according to the productive thinking for the teachers of Biology, and verifying its effect in the smart thinking of their students The researchers adopted a partial experimental design of two equal groups.

The current research community includes the teachers of Biology of the preparatory stage of the secondary and preparatory schools of the General Directorate for the Education of Karbala.

The sample size was(42) teachers and The number of their students (420) students.The training program was built in three stages (Planning, implementation, evaluation).

It defined(10) training days by two sessions per day, at the time of the three hours.

The instrument was built a smart thinking scale, consisting of (80) paragraphs.

The results showed that the students experimental group of teachers biology surpassed on the students control group.
