Abstract EN

The research intends to know how old and modern linguistic scientists tackled the phenomenon to analyze errors; however، there are some similar and dissimilar aspects of styles in which errors are analyzed.

The study explained that "Error Analysis" is a phenomenon used by old linguistic scientists in the past، such as (Al-Kasai، Al-Jahiz، Ibn Jinni، and Ibn Qutaiba).

Those people are the pioneers to this phenomenon.

As the study reached at necessity to analyze، interpret، and explain the errors; and to highlight the errors.

So، phenomenon of "Error Analysis" is a practical and applied side for the errors of language learners، which should be rectified and explained.
