Abstract FRE
In view of the fall in oil prices, and in order to secure other sources of financing, Algeria has resorted to the industrial sector with a plan for the renewal of old parks and the creation of new ones, spread over the national territory.
The industrial zone of Bellara, on the base of an ex-free zone, came in this general context.
However, the economic crisis is not the only concern in global societies; environmental concerns are also concerned.
People have become worried about the state of the soil, the quality of the water, the air, but also the future of human life on earth.
The present work aims to deal with a topical issue, that of the environmental and major risk in industrial projects in Algeria, through the case of the steel complex being set up in Bellara, wilaya de Jijel
