Abstract EN

The importance of research in the study of the reality of administrative processes, including the faculties of physical education and sports sciences for administrative processes in order to identify the weaknesses and find appropriate solutions to them and to promote what is positive and modern to achieve the requirements of tremendous improvement and quality.

The research objectives were 1- Preparing the questionnaire of the administrative processes in faculties of physical education and sports sciences.

2-to identify the reality of the administrative processes in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq.

The most important conclusions: There are clear differences in the reality of administrative processes selling faculties of physical education at Baghdad University of Mustansiriya.

The researcher recommended using the data and the research tool (questionnaire) to evaluate the performance of the faculties of the research subject and evaluate the administrative processes
