Abstract EN

This research deals with the choices of AL-haddad in the book" Al Jawhara Al neyira "in the division of divorce and studying it in a jurisprudentially compared to the four sects .

I divided this research into a preface, which includes the definition of the author, the text , the choices and a paper includes these choices in dividing divorce.

There were five choices ordered as follows : the title of each issue, and then the picture of the issue, editing the dispute, explaining the cause of disagreement,the words of jurists, and the selection of evidence, evidence and discussion, and weighting with a statement of the reason for weighting, and then finished the research and concluded the results
