Arabic Abstract

تناولت الدراسة مستقبل النزاع على الصحراء الغربية في ضوء تفاهمات التسوية، حيث تطرقت إلى خلفية النزاع التاريخي على الصحراء الغربية، و فرص و طبيعة الحلول الممكنة و كذلك مستقبل النزاع في الصحراء الغربية في ظل الخيارات المطروحة و انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن ثمة علاقة ارتباطية بين الأهمية الاستراتيجية لمنطقة الصحراء الغربية و تفجر النزاعات الإقليمية و الدولية القائم عليها منذ عقود.

و اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي، و المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، و منهج صناعة القرار، و المنهج القانوني.

و كان من أهم نتائجها أهمية الصحراء الغربية الأطراف النزاع كونها منطقة احتكارات، و أيضا الخلاف الفكري و الأيديولوجي بين الجزائر والمغرب دور كبير في منطقة المغرب العربي، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الرجوع إلى أسباب النزاع حول الصحراء الغربية، و البحث في أواصر المؤتمرات و المعاهدات التي عقدت لإيجاد الحلول المناسبة للقضية، و أخذ كافة الجوانب و محاولة دمجها في مقترح موحد على كافة الأصعدة السياسية و القانونية.

English Abstract

This study discussed the conflict future on the Western Sahara in light of understanding of settlement, where it discussed the background of historical conflict on the Western Sahara, and the nature of possible solutions as well as the future of the conflict at the Western Sahara in light of the proposed choices, the study started form a hypothesis that there is a correlation relation between the strategic importance of the Western Sahara and the outbreak of regional and international conflicts that based on for several decades.

The study adopted the historical approach, descriptive analytical approach, decision-making approach and legal approach.

The most important of the study is the Western Sahara's importance for the conflict parties as it a monopolies region and for the ideological and intellectual differences between Algeria and Morocco also play a major role in the Maghreb region.

And in light of the results, the study recommended the need to refer to the causes of conflict over Western Sahara, and research in the conferences and treaties which held to find the appropriate solutions to the issue, then discuss all aspects and trying to integrate them into a unified proposal at all political and legal levels.
