Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور دول أمريكا اللاتينية في دعم القضية الفلسطينية.

فعلى الرغم من أن هذه الدول لا يربطها بفلسطين أي رابط قومي أو أيديولوجي، فقد كانت داعمة للقضية الفلسطينية و مؤكدة على حق تقرير المصير للشعوب في بناء دولها.

و اعتمدت الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت المنهج التاريخي، و المنهج القانوني.

و انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن الظلم و الاضطهاد و الاستعباد و ليس بالضرورة البعد الجغرافي و الربط القومي، قد تكون من بين أسس التقاء الدول.

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج و التوصيات، فقد أكدت أن دول أمريكا اللاتينية و رغم انعدام الروابط القومية و الجغرافية و الدينية مع دولة فلسطين إلا أن الروابط الإنسانية المتعلقة بحق تقرير المصير و احترام حقوق الإنسان و حرية عيش المجتمعات في أوطانها كانت أساس الروابط في توثيق هذه العلاقات.

و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إنهاء الانقسام الداخلي الفلسطيني لأنه سياسيا و شعبيا سيقلل من الدعم من جانب دول أمريكا اللاتينية تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، كما اثبتت صحة فرضيتها التي مفادها أن البعد الجغرافي والرابط القومي ليس أساس التقاء الدول، بل إن الظلم و الاضطهاد و الاستعباد قد تكون من بين أسس ذلك الالتقاء.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of Latin American countries in supporting the Palestinian issue.

Although these countries do not associate with Palestine by any national or ideological link, they were supportive of the Palestinian issue, stressing the right of self-determination of peoples in building their countries.

The study relied on the use of the descriptive analytical approach, in addition to the historical approach and the legal approach.

It went out from the hypothesis that injustice and oppression, and not necessarily the geographical dimension and national linked, could be a basis of convergence of states.

The study found that Latin American countries, despite the lack of national, geographic and religious ties with Palestine, the humanitarian links related to the right to self-determination, respect for human rights and freedom of living of societies in their countries were the basis for closer ties.

The study found that the internal Palestinian division will reduce the support of Latin American countries towards the Palestinian issue, both politically and popularly.

The study also proved the validity of its hypothesis stating that the geographical dimension and national link are not necessarily the basis of convergence of states, but injustice and oppression.
