The study aimed at exploring the effect of proposed an educational Site In The achievement of female students of the department of Curriculum and instruction of the skills of designing E- Courses, At Umm Al- Qura University.

In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the quasi- experimental design.

The study instruments included a list of skills of designing e- courses, a cognitive achievement test, and card of rating the product.

After making these instruments valid and reliable, they were applied to a sample of 25 female students, Curriculum and Instruction Department, College of Education, Umm Al- Qura University.

The students were trained based on blended learning method.

In order to obtain the study results, the researcher used SPSS statistics.

The study came up with the following results: - There is a statistically significant difference, at significance level (0.05 ≥α) between the mean scores of experimental group students in the cognitive achievement test of skills of designing e- courses via a proposed An educational Site in the pre applications, they got an average of (17,20), and the post and got an average (26,16), in favor of the post application.

- There is a statistically significant difference, at significance level (0.05 ≥α) between the mean scores of experimental group students in the card of rating the product of designing e- courses via a proposed An educational Site in the pre applications, they got an average of (30.96), and the post and got an average (57.72), in favor of the post application.

In the light of the study results, the researcher made a number of recommendations: making use of a proposed An educational Site in designing courses for different majors at the university stages; holding training courses for faculty members to get skills of designing e- courses via educational site.
