This study addresses the damage caused by torture to persons who are under investigation by employees appointed by the state in charge to administer justice, and Instead of looking for the perpetrator, we find that some investigators resort to methods prohibited by national legislations and international treaties, in order to extract recognition, and thus causing damages to inflict intense pain to body or mind.

The researcher talked about the types of damage committed against these persons and explained that the damage to his physical and mental are an obligation to provide compensation, and the conditions of the damage to be compensated.
