Abstract EN

The objective of this research is to arrive at practical prescriptions for how to measure the interests and the evil.

To achieve this goal, theoretical descriptions are required to lead to these applied recipes.

The first is to describe the problems of the road and its speed, while the second is devoted to the statement of the concept of interest and spoilage, and the third was used to illustrate the theoretical parameters for measuring the negative interests.

The fourth deals with the criteria derived from the rules.

The total legitimacy that is useful in determining the weights of interests and evil, where nineteen criteria have been devised represent the basis and foundation of applied construction.

The second topic deals with practical proposals to measure the weight of interests and harms according to a precise methodology, based on these standards and the overall rules.

It consisted of three demands.

The first requirement in a set of questions that helps to answer them is the approximation of the process of determining the weights of interests and evil.

As for the second, we have built a table in which to discern the weight of the interests and the evil and the order.

The third and final requirement was for applications on new issues related to the Palestinian issue.
