The study aimed to clarify the conceptual framework of the jurisprudence of budgets and education technology, andto clarify the interests and disadvantages of the use of educational technology in the teaching of Islamic sciences, and to hold the budget in accordance with the standards of jurisprudence in Islamic Sharia between those interests and disadvantages to come out of a specific jurisprudence of their use.

To achieve that, the researchers followed a descriptive analytical and deductive approach, and the researchers reached a number of results, most notably: The study showed that the types of jurisprudence considered legitimate Sharia jurisprudence of budgets: a science that deals with differentiation and measurement between the conflicting interests between them Or the conflicting disadvantages between them, or the conflicting interests and disadvantages between them, in order to put in front what deserve and to delay what deserve, in accordance with the rules and standards of this jurisprudence derived from the Islamic Shari'a.

And that the use of education technology in the teaching of Islamic sciences has disadvantages and interests, and when balancing them according to the jurisprudence of budgets was the result in favor of its use.

The study recommended higher educational institutions and decision-makers to adopt the use of disciplined education technology under the Islamic Sharia rules as a compulsory educational strategy in teaching for those who carry out the educational process for all educational levels.

, And to all the curricula of educational education, and take into account the builders of the curriculum in the ministries of education in the Islamic world, the inclusion of curricula to train students to think critically, through the methodology of balancing the interests and disadvantages and the development of balanced thinking and foresight when dealing with various issues, as an mental education method for the individual Muslim in different educational institutions.
