Abstract EN

So, we will try to highlight the essential role of the administrative judge in protecting of the acquired rights by looking at how he achieves the administrative act which arise the rights and then verify him from the breed sorting or legal status of beneficiary which worthy of protection.

This study has concluded that the mere fact that the administrative judge investigates the existence of the act created is not sufficient in itself to say that there is an acquired right.

If external considerations are necessary for the administrative act, they must be available to judge the establishment of a legal position or status.

Therefore the researcher recommended the necessity of activating the role of the Jordanian administrative judge to create appropriate solutions to protect and enhance the acquired rights in order to ensure the stability of legal relations as social security.
