Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة مقاربة دور الإتحاد الإفريقي في النزاعات الإقليمية (الافريقية)، و بيان قدرة الإتحاد على مواجهة هذه النزاعات و التصدي لها، و بالتالي تحديد التكلفة و القدرة اللتان يملكهما الإتحاد الإفريقي سواء ما تقبل به الدول الاعضاء من سيادة الاتحاد، أم ما تسمح له من حدود التصرف.

و انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها هنالك علاقة ارتباطية بين ميثاق منظمة الاتحاد الافريقي وبين نجاحاتها أو فشلها في حل الأزمات التي تعيشها الدول الأعضاء، و قد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي، و قد أظهرت النتائج أن للإتحاد الإفريقي دوره الفاعل في حل النزاعات الإقليمية من خلال تشكيل مجلس السلم و الأمن الذي كان لها دوره في تحقيق السلام في القارة الإفريقية.

و أوصت الدراسة بالدعم الكامل من جميع الدول الإفريقية للإتحاد الإفريقي سواء أكان الدعم ماديا أم بشريا بهدف تزويده بالأسلحة و القوات الداعمة له.

English Abstract

The study aimed to approach the role of the African Union in regional conflicts (African), and the ability of the Union to confront and respond to these conflicts.

Thus, determining the cost and capacity of the African Union, whether accepted by the member states of the sovereignty of the Union, or whether it allows him to act.

The study hypothesis that there is a positive correlation between the institutions of the African Union and the member states when settling the conflict on the African continent.

The study used the analytical descriptive method.

The results showed that the African Union has an effective role in resolving regional conflicts through the formation of the Peace and Security Council, which played its role in achieving peace on the African continent.

The study recommended the full support to all African countries of the African Union, whether material or human support, with the aim of supplying weapons and supporting forces.
