The study aimed to 1.The research aims to1.The first goal: building Arshad program myself to improving the cognitive style of sclerosis flexibility to the students of the first phase in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science at the University of Masan for the academic year (2016-2017).

2.The second objective: to identify the results sclerosis scale and flexibility of the control and experimental groups in the pretest.

3.

Identify the differences between the control and experimental groups in the post test.

I suppose Researcher: No statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental and control groups in the level of intransigence on the post-test differences .

1-5 areas of research: 1-5-1 human sphere: students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Masan school year (2016-2017).

1-5-2 spatial area: Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science Hall in Masan University.

3 temporal sphere: the duration of 15/11/2016 until25/1/2017.

5-1It concludes the researcher by the results that have been reached, as follows 1.The effectiveness of the counseling program in MS-Flexibility development and learning level of performance skills among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences-the first phase-Maysan University.

2.Indicative Programme vocabulary led to a positive increase of rigidity to flexibility than it was before the application.

3.Indicative Programme clear impact in learning some of the basic skills of basketball, including contents from a variety of psychological concepts for the research sample .

Third: Recommendations In light of the above findings of the researcher's conclusions researcher recommends as follows : 1.

disseminate the results of the current study, the students of the faculties of physical education and sport sciences at Iraqi universities.

urged teachers to take advantage of the extension programs, particularly in the field of psychological counseling and adoption of the current program as evidence of the work for it.

3.

teachers and those who urged the sports activity in other Iraqi universities organizing educational lectures revolve around the concepts sclerosis - the flexibility to increase awareness among students as the students recognize the positive traits in their character and contribute to the promotion and development.

4.

conducting outreach programs similar to the current program of the samples varied and both sexes taking into account other basic skills of basketball.
