Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the relati©nship between social responsibility and competitive advantage in Islamic banks in Nablus from the perspective ©fits customers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, all the necessary data was collected through a valid and reliable questionnaire developed by the researcher which consisted of 20 paragraphs،it is validity and reliability (425) questionnaires were distributed which consisted of the Islamic bank customers in Nablus, and tried to answer the main question of the study The relationship between social responsibility and competitive advantage in Islamic banks in Nablus from the viewpoint of customers The researcher used descriptive corrolation because of the relevance of the purposes of the study.

The results of the study showed that the total score was high.

And found statistically significant differences at the level of significance in(a>0.05) the relationship between social responsibility and competitive advantage in Islamic banks in Nablus from the perspective of their customers due to the variables of the study.

The researcher rec©mmended in the light of the results ©f the study that the Islamic banks should hold courses and workshops that include modern management trends regarding the total score to make managers and workers aware of the concept of social responsibility and its activities as well as its operations.

Paying attention to build infrastructure for information and communication technology in Islamic banks which is one of the most important requirements for achieving social responsibility.
