The purpose : The current research sought for test the correlation relation between of the social capital in its dimensions that resembled by (structural, cognitive and relational) and the organization entrepreneurship in its dimensions that resembled by (innovativeness, proactiveness and risk-taking) and between the dynamic capabilities in their dimensions that resembled by (sensing capabilities, seizing capabilities and reconfiguration capabilities) and the organization entrepreneurship in its dimensions that resembled by (innovativeness, proactiveness and risk-taking), As well as test multiple effect relationship between among the three search variables, that the research in its theoretical framework has adopted the social capital and dynamic capabilities as independent variables, whereas the organization entrepreneurship was adopted as a dependent variable.

Methodology : By using the stratified random sample, (380) questionnaires were distributed to a number of employees in the presidency of the university of babylon and its affiliated colleges which are considered as the research sample, (373) has been retrieved from the total number of the questionnaires (13) items of the questionnaires have been excluded due to the incomplete response of the sample, so (360) questionnaires become ready-to-analysis, which means the response ratio has reached (95%).

The importance of the research : The research derives its importance from the importance of the variables which had studied, That the availability of good social relations and the organization ownership of the dynamic capabilities as well as the organization has reached the status of entrepreneurship in its work is one of the most important aspects.

In addition to its research to the important part which is education, because the educational institutions are the cornerstone of the growth and advancement of any society.

Research hypotheses : The research was based on three main hypotheses : the first (there is no correlation relationship and spiritual sign between social capital and organization entrepreneurship) and the second (there is no correlation relationship and spiritual sign between dynamic capabilities and organization entrepreneurship) while the third hypothesis was (there is no multiple effect relationship and spiritual sign among social capital, dynamic capabilities and organization entrepreneurship).

The most important results : The existence of multiple and positive effect relationship and spiritual sign among the three search variables which are (social capital, dynamic capabilities and organization entrepreneurship).

The most important conclusions: The existence of multiple effect relationship emphasizes that social capital and dynamic capabilities are so suitable as two independent variables to achieve the dependent variable (organization entrepreneurship).

The availability of social capital and dynamic capabilities together in the organization which is the research sample have bigger and faster effect in achieving entrepreneurship to the organization better than the application of each concept individually
