Abstract EN

The research aim to investigute the role of empowerment dimensions on smart organization characteristies among managers in business organizations in Duhok Governorate، The research variables was based on previos literatureto provid a theoretical framework for the research variables (empowerment and its dimension and the characteristics of smart organization).

In order to achieve the objective of the research، The researchers based on the questionnaires as amin tool to collect the research data (57) questionnaires were analyzed by the managers as the sample، after testing the reliability of the questionnaire.

The data were analyzed using many statistical tools and (SPSS)، the research found number of suggestions for the organizations of the research sample، including the need for accurate and objective informationto insure that the organization has the charateristics of the organization.

Enabling them to face the current and future environment
