The purpose of the research is to study teaching skills and evaluate the teaching skills of science teachers and to test the significance of the differences between the averages of the degree of practice according to the variables: gender, experience, qualification and educational stage.
To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire of 31 items was applied to a sample of 45 teachers, Science teachers at the intermediate stage of the Ministry of Education and education.
The researcher used the descriptive study design.
The results indicated that the degree of practice of Islamic education teachers and their teaching methods for teaching was intermediate, and there were statistically significant differences for the variable of scientific qualification and experience, in favor of higher scientific qualification and more experience.
The study recommended conducting training courses for science teachers in order to familiarize them with the skills of constructive teaching, train them in the procedures of teaching these skills, and guide science supervisors to the list of skills (subject of study), while supervising education in middle schools and directing the attention of the authors and curriculum developers to provide learners with a leading to the development of scientific concepts in general
