The study aimed to identify organizational loyalty and its relationship with personal qualities and the desire to leave the organization.

Many scholars have stressed that the effectiveness of the organization lies in the ability to retain its employees by means of satisfying their needs and desires by creating an appropriate organizational environment.

Accordingly, the problem of the study represented in the investigation of the organizational loyalty and its relationship with personal qualities and the desire to leave the organization.

The study is considered to be significant since it tackles the most important subjects in the field of human administrative behavior.

The study is necessary for revealing the relationship between organizational loyalty and personal characteristics.

The study hypothesizes that there is a statistically significant value between organizational loyalty and personal characteristics and the desire to leave the organization.

The study was carried out on a sample of workers in the Sudanese insurance companies.

The researcher followed the analytical descriptive method.

For data collection, the study relied on questionnaires, which were distributed to a purposive sample of 70 individuals.

The study found out that there is a correlation between pursuing the policy of organization and personal characteristics.

It also concluded that the availability of human cadres with organizational loyalty is one of the reasons for the success of the establishment.

The study came out with a number of recommendations among which are the need to be careful in choosing employees who are able to achieve the various aspects of the philosophy of the organization; and, there should be a relationship between the goals of the institution and the personality traits of an individual
