This research included the preparation of terpenes and phenolic leaves extracts of melia azadavadi and clerodendron inerme and preparation of concentration (,40,30,20,10, mg/ml) and test its effectiveness against sitophilns oryzae.

show result that all extracts proved to be effective against sitophilns oryzae.

the terpenes extracts also were the most effective than phenols for both plants.

melia azedarach was the most effective of clerodendron inerme in the mortality of adult and after two days of treatment as the mortality increased with the increase the concentrations.
