Abstract EN

With the recent rapid developments in the world that have spread to all the economies of developing countries, with the liberalization of the insurance sector in Algeria and the entry of foreign companies, insurance companies have had to keep abreast of these developments through the adoption of electronic management.

Which improve its performance and the quality of its services.

And all this to maintain its position in the market and to strengthen its competition with other insurance companies active in the Algerian market.

Through our study of the Algerian Insurance and Reinsurance Company we found that its electronic management is characterized by shortage, and is still in its beginning, limited to electronic management systems and internal network only.
