Measure the level of ethics of scientific research among researchers working in universities Significance differences an apathy on the University researchers according to variables of: Gender (male- female).

, Specialty , Years of job.

The researchers has been followed sample of research on method of Stratified random which are 258 (148) researcher and (110) scholar of Baghdad University colleges and research centers The data processing are addressing by statistical methods ( Spss) in find data analysis the descriptive analytical method as it is considered the best and the suited one to the nature of this research.

the total size of the Samples has reached to (258) researchers the results of this research are, 1.

Convergent ratio between researchers who have a good level of ethics of scientific research and who have a low level of research ethics 2.

There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in scientific research ethics level as variables (sex, specialty, number of years of service) as a complement to search out the researchers a number of recommendations and proposals.
