The learning organization a new management style has spread recently to replace the traditional organizations in the management of organizations; they are based on blooming outlook for the worker and his abilities to contribute to the development of the organization.
And may the whole contemporary thinkers that the survival and success of organizations in contemporary circumstances depends on its ability to switch to an educated organizations.
And to maximize the ability to respond to the requirements of the environment, seeking organizations to find a convenient base for building systems seeking to instill a culture of learning, being a motor mental to the behavior of individuals creative pursuit of balance and integration between different levels.
