Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight on the role of the Administrative Board and its contribution to enhancing governance in families institutions (which specialize with families issues).

The descriptive methodology was used to describe and analyze the Board's role that can play in supporting and establishing the rules and practices of governance in order to rationalize the work of family institutions and ensure their survival and growth.

The study concluded with this result : ‘ The application of corporate governance in family institutions is highly dependent on the efficiency and effectiveness of the Administrative Board".
