Our study aims at demonstrating the contribution of TQM to raising the level of organizational development in the institutions.
In order to do so, we distributed 60 forms to employees of Metegy and Milk Factory in Mostaganem State, 52 of which were recovered and are valid for analysis, equivalent to 86.66% Distributed.
After analyzing it, we found that TQM has a significant impact on improving organizational development in both institutions.
This is reflected in the results of the field study.
The effectiveness of the TQM study for the two institutions under study is stronger than the improvement in their organizational development.
