Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى اعتماد طلبة الإعلام في محافظات غزة على المواقع الإلكترونية الفلسطينية في التوعية بخطورة الشائعات والتعرف على الآثار المترتبة عن هذا الاعتماد.

منهج الدراسة : تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، و تستخدم منهج المسح الإعلامي و استخدم الباحث نظرية الاعتماد على وسائل الإعلام.

أداة الدراسة : اعتمد الباحث على أداة الاستبيان تضمنت مدى اعتماد طلبة الإعلام في محافظات غزة على المواقع الإلكترونية الفلسطينية في التوعية بخطورة الشائعات.

عينة الدراسة : قام الباحث بتطبيق دراسته الميدانية على عينة عشوائية من طلبة الإعلام في الجامعات الفلسطينية التي تمنح درجة البكالوريوس في الصحافة و الإعلام، و هي : (الجامعة الإسلامية، الأقصى، الأزهر، فلسطين، الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية)، قوامها 400 مبحوثا خلال الفترة الزمنية م 1/4/2018 حتى م 25/4/2018 أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : أظهرت النتائج أن ما نسبته 24.2% هم من الذين يتابعون المواقع الإلكترونية بدرجة عالية جدا، بينما ما نسبته 44.5% هم من الذين يتابعونها بدرجة عالية، و بينت النتائج أن ما نسيته 42.2% من متابعي المواقع الإلكترونية عدد ساعات متابعتهم اليومي ثلاث ساعات فأكثر، و أوضحت النتائج أن ما نسبته 81.0% يعتبرون القضايا السياسية من أهم قضايا التوعية بخطورة الشائعات، و أثبتت النتائج أن ما نسبته 84.3% يعتبرون التخابر مع الاحتلال من أهم موضوعات التوعية بالشائعات التي يتم الاهتمام بها على المواقع الإلكترونية، و أظهرت النتائج أن ما نسبته 21.8% هم من الذين درجة ثقتهم بتناول المواقع الإلكترونية لقضية التوعية بخطورة الشائعات عالية جدا.

أهم توصيات الدراسة : ضرورة إنشاء مواقع إلكترونية فلسطينية متخصصة في حماية الجبهة الداخلية من الشائعات، و وضع العديد من المبادئ و الضوابط و القواعد يلتزم بها الصحفيين و المؤسسات الصحفية عند تناولها القضايا المختلفة، و العمل على إنشاء زوايا متخصصة في المواقع الإلكترونية لنشر مضامين التوعية بالشائعات و كيفية علاجها.

English Abstract

Study aim : This study aimed at identifying the extent to which media students in Gaza governorates depend on Palestinian websites in raising awareness of the dangers of rumors as well as finding out the ramifications of such dependence.

Study methodology : This study belongs to the descriptive researchers and adopts the media survey approach.

The researcher used Media Dependence Theory.

Study tool : The researcher relied on a questionnaire as the study tool, which included items that covered the aspects of the study title.

Study sample : The researcher applied a field study on a random sample selected from media students in the Palestinian universities that award bachelor degree in Journalism & Media, and they are (Islamic University of Gaza, Al-aqsa University, University of Palestine, and University College of Applied Sciences).

The sample consisted of (400) respondents and the study period spanned from 1/4/2018 to 25/4/2018.

Most important results of the study : Results of the study revealed that (24.2%) of respondents follow the Palestinian websites to a very high degree, while (44.5%) of them follow the websites to a high degree.

The results also showed that (42.2%) of the websites followers spend three hours and above in exploring the websites.

(81.0%) of the respondents consider the political issues as the most important awareness-raising issues of the dangers of rumors.

The results indicated that (84.3%) of the respondents consider cooperating with the occupation as the most important awareness-raising subject of the dangers of rumors introduced by the websites.

Additionally, (21.8%) of the respondents are confident to a very high degree that the investigated websites are exposing the issue of the dangers of rumors.

Most important recommendations of the study : It is necessary to create Palestinian websites specialized in protecting the home front from rumors.

It is also important to set rules and guidelines that organize the work of journalists and press agencies upon dealing with various issues.

Besides that, certain website spaces should be reserved to publish contents aiming at raising awareness of the dangers of rumors and methods of handling them.
