This study found that Jordanian law similar to the provisions of Islamic Sharia situation solutions to address the phenomenon of administrative corruption through various legislations that ensure combat and reduce it, and the text to require the employee to report crimes that come to his knowledge, and under penalty of accountability and the rhythm of punishment in case of violation of this, as well as text the crimes against the duties of the office, which is performed by the employee's administrative corruption, and the development of deterrent penalties to reduce them.
