The counting of birds was conducted in a forest area of Aleppo Pine and Holm Oak Trees.
A total of 35 species of birds was recorded in this forest area.
These species are distributed over 6 orders and 15 families.
The Order Passeriformes was the most represented with 25 species and 9 families.
The red Crossbill Loxia curvirostra was the most observed by means of progressive frequential sampling method with a percentage of 54.1% and the Greenfinch Fringilla coelebs was the most counted by the point count abundance indices with an IPA of 4.43.

Le dénombrement des oiseaux dans un peuplement de pin d’Alep à chêne vert a permis d’enregistrer 35 espèces qui se répartissent entre 6 ordres et 15 familles.
L’ordre des Passeriformes est le plus recensé avec 9 familles et 25 espèces.
Le Bec-Croisé de Sapin Loxia curvirostra est le plus recensé par les EFP avec un pourcentage de 54,1 %.
Tandis que le Pinson des arbres Fringilla coelebs est le plus inventorié par les IPA avec un IPA max de 4,43.
