The purpose of this study is to identify the role of Massive open online courses ( Moocs ) platforms online provide library services in Minia university and positives use Massive open on line courses ( Moocs ) and their role in Enhanced library service , plus move Moocs Platforms use by staff in Minia university libraries such as global platforms (udacity – coursera - Edx ) and Arabic platforms ( Rowaq – Edark ) the study found multiple results mainly : The most important obstacles faced by staff when using (Moocs ) lack of English proficiency buy 56.6 % Results : 1.

The Coursera platform is the world's largest online e-learning platform with 35.6 %, the edx platform at 18.5 % 2.

The most thematic areas followed Moocs decisions Business Administration by 16.8 %, then the arts by 11.3 % and then the social sciences 16.8 % 3.

The distribution of the sample of the study shows that the percentage of males is the most used group for self-learning platforms by 73.7 % 4.

The results of the study show that the most self-learning platforms used by the employees of the platform platform 36.8 % and comes in second place platform understand by 13.7 % 5.

The most important obstacles faced by workers when using self-learning platforms is the lack of proficiency in English language by 56.6% of the desired access by 20.5 % 6.

The results of the study revealed that the most services provided by the libraries of Minia University through the self-learning platforms are the current briefing service with 45.3 % 7.

The role of the employees in the context of enhancing library services across the platforms is represented in the service of guidance of the beneficiaries in the first place by 46.3 %.

The second place is the literacy skills of 22.3 % 8.

The most advantageous use of self-learning platforms in libraries is cooperation with other university employees by 72.4 % followed by the availability of the library's remote catalog by 22.1 %
