This study comes as a unique studies in the field of the study of population growth and composition of the Muslim population in Israel, and adopted this study, descriptive and analytical approach, through data collection and analysis to arrive at the results, and the most important findings of the study, the number of Muslims in Israel have seen up and clear over a period of 1955 to 2010, and that percentage rose from 69.7% to about 85% of the total Palestinian population Villa Israel, fertility is the main factor considered in this population growth, despite the decline in the crude birth rate of 44.3 per thousand to 27.5 per thousand , so we find that Muslim women in Israel have become less Andjaba than ever before, the fertility rate has fallen from 7.96 children to about 3.75 children during the same period, and the birth of born to these women the number of females reached 1.91 female after they give birth to 3.76 Female in 1975, therefore, we find that the net rate of generation when this woman fell from 3.54 female fertility who they continue to stage 1.84 female who they continue childbearing message.

The mortality rates were on the decline when these populations, from 8 per thousand to 1.9 per thousand, and the infant mortality successively decreased from 63.7 per thousand to 7.5 per thousand during the period from 1955 to 2010.

The study also showed that the natural increase of the population of these contributed about 92% of the total increase to have during the same period.

The Muslim population and excellence that they are young because of the breadth of the population base of the pyramid, and they are younger than the rest of the population of other religious groups by the Palestinian population is composed of them in Israel, and that the gender ratio was always tend to favor males who did not witness any kind of migration out of the country.
