The research included introduction to the importance of physical fitness in performance and overcome the health disorders and distortions of strength through the exercise of fitness exercises and hence the importance of the study by knowing the difference in the proportion of fat and its relationship to some physical and motor characteristics and the need to pay attention to health fitness by reducing the proportion.

grease leading to obesity and diseases of lack of movement the problem of research is in the lack of movement in women as aresult of increasing the proportion of grease so the researcher wanted to find the relationship between the proportion of fat and its impact on some physical and motor characteristics and performance.

the study aimed to identify the percentage of fat in the body and so on to identify the relationship between the proportion of grease and some physical and : motor characteristics.

the study hypotheses were.

there is a statistically significant correlation between the percentage of fat and .some physical characteristics there is a significant correlation between the ratio of fat and some physical and :motor characteristics.

the fields of research included.human field / women in reconstruction (30_40) years .time domain 16/6/201-18/8/2018.field/ women's sports hall / university of Baghdad on the methodology of the research, the researcher chose the descriptive approach to.

suit the research and study sample.

where physical and motor tests were performed as well as measuring the lipid component the results of the test (30 m), the front-end test, the sit-down test, the balance test, and the motor precision test were presented.

where the results showed a weak correlation in both speed and endurance and motor performance .in the accuracy test due to increased proportion of grease.

and the appearance of a high correlation between the ratio of grease and the choice of motor performance (balance).

there was also a medium correlation (between lipid test and force test )front-loading.

the researcher recommended using physical and motor fitness exercises for most games and for all ages, daily life and daily work to reduce the percentage of fat that leads to health and psychological disorders and diseases of lack of movement.

and the need to adhere to a healthy diet while practicing daily sports activity.
