Abstract EN

The study aimed determine effectiveness of teaching by V-shape Strategy in developing innovative thinking skills in physics among the high basic stage students, An innovative thinking test, consisting of (6) activities, was applied over purposively sample contains (50) students in Amman-Jordan schools, randomly distributed into two groups:(1) as experimental contains (25) students was taught by the V-shape strategy, (2) as a control group contains (25) students The results appeared that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the two groups in innovative thinking skills test as a whole.

And in each sub-skill in favor of the experimental group.

The study recommended using V-Shape Strategy in teaching Physics, as will as training teachers about its axis, and to take it in mind while developing curricula, and textbooks, also to carry out more studies in using this strategy in teaching other scientific subjects
