Abstract EN

The dilemma of non-payment of agricultural loans is considered to be the most important problems that facing the funding of agricultural sector in Algeria, especially if the pledges do not cover the required loans, in addition to the taking risks on high levels in its activities which make it a very sensitive sector whereof financial institutions worried of financing it.

In this context, we are trying to handle the problem of non-payment of agricultural loans under the structural contradictions that the Algerian agricultural sector suffer from by taking as a case study the National Fund for Agricultural Cooperation and its branch the Algerian company of the financial lease of movables (personal properties), as well as the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development.
